Rules of Procedure

To make your stay at Hotel Agur more pleasant, we detail the following Internal Regulations for Guests. All people who stay at the hotel, during their stay, will be subject to this regulation, which is considered a contract of adhesion that must be fulfilled. Otherwise, the Management reserves the right of admission and permanence.

  • The relationships that occur due to the lodging services that clients or guests receive from this establishment, will be governed by the Mercantile Legislation and, additionally, by the applicable Civil Law, by the Autonomous Law of Tourism of the Junta de Andalucía and the Regulation of Establishment of Lodging as well as by the corresponding Government Regulation. These provisions are considered mandatory, known and accepted by the client and the common uses and practices that govern the matter in this place will also be applied.

 

  • The guest has the inescapable obligation to register when arriving at the hotel in the registration process, for which he will have to provide the hotel staff assigned with personal and valid supporting documentation according to current laws. The company will deny accommodation to the guest who does not meet this requirement. 

 

  • The hotel reserves the right of admission.



  • The guest, in accordance with the company, will specify the number of days he will be staying at the hotel. It is considered as a unit of time in the accommodation contract, the time of a day whose expiration is set at 12:00 noon each day. This does not imply that by mutual agreement between the guest and the company there could be extensions computed for twenty-four hours each time, and the hotel may terminate the accommodation at any time, prior notice to the guest. The official check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. and the check-out time would be 12:00 noon.

 

  • It is the guest’s obligation to promptly settle the amount of the account when required by the company. Payment may be required in advance, at the time of the client’s arrival in the registration process as stated in Law 13/2011 of December 23 on Andalusian Tourism, art. 22. The hotel may require a guarantee of payment or advance payment of all or part of the reservation through the means of payment accepted at that time. The guest who vacates the room on the day of his departure after 12:00 hours established in the previous article, is obliged to pay the price of the lodging corresponding to another day. The lack of payment by the guest when required for this purpose, causes the termination of the lodging service and the manager or person in charge of the establishment may use the public force to demand and carry out the vacating of the room, being able to retain the Baggage.

 

  • The client may be required at the time of registration on the day of arrival to present a valid credit card as a guarantee to face possible non-payments or charges for breakage/deterioration of the furniture, as well as to make any penalty charge for not following the established rules. in this regulation.

 

  • Room cleaning will be done daily. In order for the personnel assigned to this to carry out the work correctly, the client will be required to organize their belongings in the room, otherwise, cleaning will not be carried out. In no case will the hotel staff be able to move/organize the client’s belongings to carry out the cleaning. If the client does not leave the room so that it can be cleaned, it will be understood that said client is not interested in having this service performed.

 

  • Make sure you close the door to your room. Protect your room key. We recommend that every time you leave the hotel, you hand it over to reception, always handing it back to the hotel staff. Only one key per room will be delivered, if you forget or lose your key, you must pay the amount of €50 to change the lock.

 

  • Don’t hang clothes or towels over the railing or window sill.



  • It is strictly forbidden for guests to: A) make annoying noises, provoke altercations, bring in pets without authorization and, in general, any act that disturbs or bothers other guests. B) use the rooms for games of chance prohibited by law or hold meetings that have the purpose of disturbing public order or disobeying the laws or regulations in force. C) Use the electrical current and mechanical equipment installed in your room for purposes other than those for which they are intended. The hotel’s security measures strictly prohibit the use of any instrument to prepare/modify food that has a heat source and may cause a fire, as well as any other instrument/tool, not necessary for food purposes, that may cause a fire. . E) Execute any act that causes damage to the hotel or other guests, or is contrary to decorum or social behavior. F) It is not allowed to enter the hotel firearms, explosive, flammable materials, narcotics or similar substances. G) Failure to maintain minimum conditions of personal hygiene. H) The company may unilaterally decide whether or not to accept the guest if it considers that they do not meet the minimum standards of coexistence. The company reserves the right to terminate the lodging service, when the aforementioned prohibitions are violated, without the guest causing them having the right to any reduction in their debt for the lodging or services received, being also obliged to pay or compensation for the damages or losses caused by their actions.

 

  • In all cases, the hotel establishment may resort to the help of the Agents of the competent Police Authority.

 

  • The guest will not be able to accommodate people other than those registered in their rooms and in any case, they will give prior notice to the hotel of any variation in the number or identification of the people who were originally registered. In no case, the number of people staying in each room may be greater than the capacity assigned by the company to each room. In the event that more people stay in the room than initially registered and if the capacity of the room allows it, the client will have to pay the difference in price reported by the hotel. Visitors are not allowed in the rooms. The transmission of your stay/reservation to another person is prohibited.
  • It is the obligation of the guests to inform the hotel administration of illnesses or contagious diseases, deaths, infractions or crimes that occur in the establishment and are of their knowledge, so that the company can, in turn, take the appropriate measures and give immediate account to the authority when appropriate.
  • Immediately notify the hotel staff of any abnormal event you notice, such as: people with a suspicious attitude in the corridor, knocks on the door of your room from people you do not know or not finding anyone at the door. 
  • The electrical installation is 220V.
  • The hotel responds only as a depositary of the values, money, jewelry and other goods that the guests constitute in deposit at the hotel reception and are received in such concept by the reception staff authorized for this purpose and have been granted in writing on the receipt. correspondent. The company is not responsible for the goods deposited in the rooms and the safe of the same.
  • The company does not authorize access to the rooms occupied by the guests of any person who has not been previously and expressly authorized by the client and in any case, reserves the right not to allow visits from other people in the room. People who hold the representation of the hotel or provide the services inherent to lodging, will have free access to the rooms occupied by the clients. When guests are absent for more than twenty-four hours without prior notice to reception, the hotel may consider the accommodation contract suspended or terminated, as the case may be, and proceed to collect the guest’s luggage as provided in the following article, except in the event that the actual value of the guest’s luggage does not guarantee the amount of the account. In this circumstance, the lodging may be terminated or suspended with the absence of the guest for more than twenty-four hours. 
  • The luggage and other goods that the guests bring into the establishment are considered property of the person who makes the registration and will be able to respond preferentially for all the concepts of lodging, complementary services and other consumption caused by the people included in the respective registration, if they are Once accepted by the hotel, all these goods may be retained as a guarantee of payment.
  • By application of Law 28/2005 of December 26 on health measures against smoking and regulating the sale, supply, consumption and advertising of tobacco products (modified by Law 42/2010 of December 30), it is Smoking is totally prohibited inside any interior area of the hotel, and the hotel may apply a financial penalty of €150 for extra cleaning and disinfection.
  • Any damage or loss caused by the guest to property, real estate and equipment owned by the hotel must be paid according to the value established by the company.
  • All consumption made at an internal point of sale of the hotel is presumed to imply acceptance of the price and will be charged to your account, which will be paid at the time agreed by the company.
  • The hotel is not responsible for the partial or total loss of property, valuables or vehicles in the parking areas. The hotel is not responsible for damage caused by third parties to vehicles parked in the parking area. If you damage another client’s vehicle, you as a person will have to answer for it. The prolonged stay of people inside the vehicle in the parking area is not allowed. Every vehicle will be removed from the place by means of a crane, after 24 hours of which there is no information about the owner or person in charge, for which the presence of the respective authorities will be requested and it will be taken to the facilities of said institution.
  • This establishment is governed by Law 13/2011 on Andalusian Tourism and competent bodies.
